Pancha Tantra · Five Wings
One movement. Five wings. Every Karyakarta picks their dharma.
Each wing is named for a giant of Indian civilisation. Their stories anchor what we do — and remind every member that Indic wisdom is not history, it is operating instructions.
Wings × Pillars — How activities sit
The Wings answer WHO runs an activity. The Pillars answer WHAT it serves. Every activity sits at one intersection.

Technology, AI & Vighnana Vahini
Dream, dream, dream.
Named after Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam — India's Missile Man and 11th President. Owns the bNg website and AI barter matching engine, runs the Vighnana Vahini solar-powered mobile skill labs and the PMKVY-certified rural BPO programme.
Named after Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam — India’s beloved ‘Missile Man,’ 11th President of India, ISRO and DRDO scientist, and the People’s President who inspired a generation of youth.
bNg chose Dr. Kalam as the namesake of its Technology & AI wing because he proved that India’s poorest village boy could build rockets that reached space. He united science with simplicity, technology with humility, and ambition with humanity. The Abdul Kalam Wing inherits his spirit: technology in the service of the rural, the poor, and the unheard.
Training delivered in partnership with NETTMSedu — the training and research wing of NETTMS Urban Habitat Pvt. Ltd., founded by the same founder — bringing real client projects from L&T, Reliance Builders, Dubai Metro, and Hyderabad Metro into rural classrooms at Konakanchi.
The Abdul Kalam Wing owns:

विद्या ददाति विनयम्
“Knowledge bestows humility, humility bestows worthiness.”
Youth · Veterans · Civic Duty
Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached.
College youth chapters, weekend seva, Disaster Response Teams led by Agniveer veterans, adventure coordinators, social-media corps, and civic-duty drives. The largest pool of volunteer hours in the network.

“Give me a hundred energetic young men and women — pure of heart and selfless of action — and I shall shake the world.”
निःस्वार्थ सेवा — Niswardhatha — Selfless contribution.
The highest act, and the soul of the Vivekananda Wing.
What members do
- College youth chapters (NSS hour recognition target)
- Weekend seva drives — clean-ups, plantation, school painting

Climate Resilience & Community Response
The Vivekananda Wing carries bNg’s climate and disaster response. We work in four layers.
- Year-round resilience — Ghar Ghar Thayari readiness drills, kitchen-garden composting, household solar audits, and water-saving habits practised before any crisis arrives.
- Local buddy networks — every Karyakarta is paired with two neighbours so that when a flood, cyclone, or heatwave strikes, no household is alone.
- Government volunteer pool registration — Karyakartas register with NDMA, SDRF, and district disaster cells so the state can call us by name when it needs hands.
- Post-disaster MSME livelihood rebuilding — when a fishing village loses boats or a weaver loses looms, we move BC, materials, and skilled labour to put production back on its feet.
We do not promise rescue. We promise readiness.
Seva · Wellness · Nari Shakti
Service is constitutional citizenship.
Named after Dr. B.R. Ambedkar — chief architect of the Indian Constitution. Quarterly free medical camps, blood and organ donation drives, tree plantation, Nari Shakti Circles and the Gram Swaraj village programme. A woman is Seva Adhyaksha at every chapter.

Named after Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar — chief architect of the Indian Constitution, fierce champion of the most marginalized communities of India, and the moral conscience of modern Bharat.
bNg chose Dr. Ambedkar as the namesake of its Seva & Wellness wing because he proved that service is not charity given by the strong to the weak — service is the duty of citizens to one another. He gave India the legal foundation that no person, however poor or marginalized, may be excluded from dignity. The Ambedkar inherits this spirit: every health camp, every blood donation, every Nari Shakti Circle, every tree planted is an act of constitutional citizenship — the practice of equality made real in the village.
The Ambedkar owns:
What members do
- Quarterly free medical camps + surgical sponsorships (doctors earn 6 BC per half-day)
- Blood donation drives (10 Green Rating points + verified certificate)
- Organ donation pledges (20 Green Rating points — highest single-action score)
- Tree plantation campaigns
- Nari Shakti Circles — women-only skill & wellness exchange in every chapter
- Gram Swaraj village development programme
- Time-banking with elders — companionship, errands, paperwork
“Cultivation of mind should be the ultimate aim of human existence.”
Women lead every Ambedkar chapter — the Seva Adhyaksha (Service President) of every We Five council is a woman. Niswardhatha — selfless contribution — is the highest act.
