Women-first allocation. MSME-grade tools — sewing machines, agarbatti presses, papad rollers, organic-millet kits. Bartered into the home for accumulated BCs.

10-Session MSME Mentorship

Paired with a Chanakya Wing mentor. Udyam registration, GST onboarding, basic accounting, social-media-led storefront launch.

PMKVY Certification

Skill India / PMKVY-certified short courses delivered through the Konakanchi AI Skills Centre. Women-led cohorts get priority slot allocation.

Smt. Seetha Nettem

Smt. Seetha Nettem is the moral architect of bNg's women-first principles. Long before the Seva Adhyaksha role was codified, she was already running the practice — convening mahila circles, training first-time SHG treasurers, and making sure every kit allocation in the early Konakanchi pilots went to a woman who could put it to work the same week.

The three constitutional principles on this page are her doing. The board resolution that locks them in is in her name.
