Mahila Karyakartas are the operational backbone of bNg. We-Five reserves a minimum of three seats for them not as tokenism but as recognition of who actually holds the network together. The Sarpanch, Karyakarta Pradhan, and Rakshak roles in 2025 were all held by women.
